Alaska employers must provide employees with leave for jury duty in accordance with these state rules.
In Alaska, an employer may not deprive an employee of employment or threaten, coerce, or penalize an employee because of a summons for jury service, service as a juror, or attendance in court for prospective jury service.
An employer is not required to pay the employee for time spent on jury service.
