It is unlawful to carry a gun, knife or club concealed on one's person without a license to carry a concealed weapon or in a vehicle. However, the prohibition does not apply when one is in his or her own dwelling, place of business, on property in which the person has a possessory or proprietary interest, or in a motor vehicle if the person has a license to carry a concealed weapon.
Concealed weapons may not be carried:
The prohibition extends to parks, football fields, baseball fields, soccer fields and other municipally owned or maintained recreational structures or property. This prohibition applies even if the person has a license to carry a concealed weapon.
