A summary of District of Columbia laws relating to weapons and conduct that impact workplace violence.

Individuals are required to obtain a license before carrying a pistol or any deadly or dangerous weapon capable of being concealed, either openly or concealed on one's person, except in one's home, place of business or on land possessed by the individual.
