Idaho Wage Payment Timing Requirements

Employers in Idaho must comply with these state rules regarding the timing and frequency of wage payments.

All employers are covered by Idaho's wage payment law.

Employees must be paid at least once during each calendar month, on regular paydays designated in advance.

Payment of wages must be made within 10 days of the end of the pay period provided that, if the regular pay period falls on a nonworkday, payment must be made on the preceding workday.
