Jury Duty Leave Rules in North Dakota

North Dakota employers must provide employees with leave for jury duty in accordance with these state rules.

North Dakota law provides that an employer may not deprive an employee of employment, or lay off, penalize, threaten or otherwise coerce an employee who receives and responds to a summons or subpoena, serves as a juror or witness, or attends court for jury service.

No jury duty pay is specified.
