Posting requirements: A facility must clearly display a notice that smoking is prohibited by law and punishable by a fine of up to $500.

No smoking areas: Smoking and possession of a burning tobacco product is prohibited in:

Smoking by students at any school-related or sanctioned activity, on or off school property, is prohibited.

Permitted smoking areas: In areas where smoking is prohibited by law, smoking areas may be designated.
