Wyoming employers must provide employees with leave for military duty in accordance with these state rules.
In Wyoming, employees are eligible for leave to perform military service.
A person absent from employment because of service in the uniformed services is entitled to reemployment rights and benefits and other employment benefits within ten days of application for reemployment.
The employee's cumulative absences because of military leave cannot exceed five years, and the person's discharge from service must have been an honorable discharge or a discharge under honorable conditions.
Reinstatement is not required if the employer's circumstances have so changed as to make it impossible or unreasonable to do so.
